Heroes Night Out is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide our wounded heroes and their families dinners, a day or night at a sporting event, amusement park, or any other venue that gives them a well deserved break from their every day routine while recovering from their injuries. Most of these families are staying at a Fisher House.
Wes and Judy Pierce founded Heroes Night Out to give these families a break from the everyday routine of surgery, therapy and rehabilitation. They discovered the need after visiting BAMC and talking to the families who now reside at the Fisher House. "They just need a break from the every day routine, a night out."
